DIVERSIFICATION

In 2003, this family business, originally specialized in LPG valves and regulators, expanded into consumer markets. Favex continues to distribute the technical products on which they originally built their reputation, and now is also a household name in the world of heating solutions, outdoor cooking and mosquito control.

ACQUISITIONS

In 2013, Favex established an acquisition strategy to conquer new markets. An example of this was the 2014 takeover of the Hong Kong firm Brasero. That same year, Favex entered the North American market, with the launch of PlanchaGrills brand outdoor gas grills, which would be renamed Brasero US. The year 2014 also saw the consolidation of Favex’s historical LPG business, as the we took a stake in ADDAX, the leading French LPG hose maker

INTERNATIONAL SCOPE

Ever since the company’s early days, and the start of our special relationship with Cavagna (which was then a small Italian family business), Favex has always had an international outlook. For over 10 ten years now, our company has been growing steadily on the European market. Today, with offices in Hong Kong, and proven production and export systems, we ship over 400 containers a year to Europe and North America.

FRENCH ROOTS

True to our French heritage of high quality products, Favex has developed a range of exclusive plancha grills entirely produced at our production facility in Pau. In Romorantin (central France), our showroom and Logistics, Customer support, and After-sales service departments offer our customers personalized service.
